POLICY INFORMATION 2011-2012

Fees
Tuition is due the first lesson of the month. There will be a $15 late charge for ALL payments received after the 10th and a $20 charge on all returned checks. Tuition is nonrefundable. It is a monthly tuition and is the same amount every month regardless of holidays or vacations. Make-up classes may or may not be available. There is an annual registration fee of $10 for 1 student, $15 for two students in the same immediate family, and $20 for 3 or more students in the same immediate family, payable the day you register.

There will be a $1.00 charge added to all debit/credit transactions

Dress
We require proper dancewear in class (leotards, tights, jazz pants). No street clothes except in hip hop class. Children in combination class (ballet/tap or jazz/tap) or pre ballet class can wear a leotard and tights of any color. Ballet class dress code Levels 1-2-3 & Beg. is a solid colored leotard, pink tights and pink ballet shoes (not dept. store brands) for women and girls. Solid black skirts are acceptable is some classes.  Men and boys must wear black shorts or tights and a white t-shirt and black ballet shoes. Hair must be secured off face.

Tuition is not adjusted.
Students are welcome to take make-up classes if available.

General
Please check the studio bulletin board and our web site, www.dancemagicstudios.com, regularly for important information.
Be on time for class. Those later than 15 minutes will not be able to attend.
We are not responsible for students who leave the premises in between classes.
NO gum, soda, chips or candy in the studio. Eat in designated areas only.

CHILDREN MUST BE PICKED UP IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLASS.
