Valley Ballet Academy is proud to include the AMERICAN BALLET THEATRE® National Training Curriculum, a breakthrough 8 level program that combines high quality artistic training with the basics of dancer health and child development. The ABT® National Training Curriculum consists of a comprehensive set of age-appropriate, outcome-based guidelines to provide the highest quality ballet training to dance students of all ages and skill levels.
Valley Ballet Academy founder Vicki Zarley, has successfully completed the ABT® Teacher Training Intensive in Pre-Primary through Level 5, while instructors Tracie Phillips and KD Reilly Lewis have successfully completed the ABT® Teacher Training Intensive in Pre-Primary through Level 3. Valley Ballet dance director, Kathleen Burnett holds an MFA from Oklahoma University and is the co-founder and artistic director of Antelope Valley Ballet. Ms. Burnett is also a certified Progressing Ballet Technique instructor.

member Kathleen Burnett, provides professional level performance opportunities for community dancers by audition. The Antelope Valley Ballet presents The Nutcracker, Contemporary Dance and a spring ballet at Lancaster Performing Arts Center annually.
